Goal: To increase trial signups for SwiftGrowth AI while using a case study to build credibility and trust towards the brand.

Introduction: SwiftGrowth is a company that has just launched its AI LinkedIn outreach tool. This tool is an AI-powered LinkedIn outreach tool that automates personalized connection requests and follow-ups to help B2B businesses generate leads without cold calling.

CHALLENGE

The brand wanted to target potential leads and get them to try their AI outreach tool. After sending them various emails, they were still barely getting any traction. They wanted to showcase how using AI for their outreach strategy would save their leads a large amount of time and still get better results compared to manual outreach. They also wanted to overcome potential objections, such as AI being impersonal and too complex to use.

MY STRATEGY

I realised what was missing from SwiftGrowth AI’s email strategy was a case study sales email. They wanted to drive conversions for trial signups but weren’t pushing from the right angle, which is educating and showcasing social proof to prove that their tool works. So instead I crafted a detailed sales email that not only highlighted a case study from successful clients but also a comparison table to overcome common objections and highlight how SwiftGrowth AI stands in comparison to manual outreach methods and tools out there.

For the hero section, I used storytelling to hook the readers by talking about how, after much analysis, it was found that most companies were investing too much time into their manual outreach strategy without getting an equal return. I wanted to provide the reader with a relatable scenario before presenting the solution.

I asked rhetorical questions like, does their manual outreach method affect various aspects of their business? This is then followed by a smart maneuver into positioning SwiftGrowth AI as the solution to all these pain points.

I highlighted exactly how SwiftGrowth AI is designed to help the leads and provided them with numbers on how much return they get in terms of time and investment.

Then I talked about how they can try the tool for free for 3 months by signing up today and getting the same results for their own business.

Comparison table of features for SwiftGrowth AI and LinkedIn automation tools, including personalized messages, follow-ups, response rate, launch time, detection risk, and suitability for founders and consultants.

Comparison table to highlight features

A comparison table is a great way to highlight how much better your brand stands in comparison to your competitors, which is exactly what I did when writing copy for this email.

The features highlighted in the table are common pain points faced by users and also important factors that influence their decision-making process. The table not only makes it easy for readers to skim but it also instantly tells them what they need to know about the tool.

Case study text describing Jeremy S., a B2B sales consultant. The problem was his spending over 10 hours weekly on LinkedIn with low response rates while generating leads. The solution involved using SwiftGrowth AI for personalized LinkedIn engagement, resulting in tripling qualified leads, saving 8 hours weekly, and increasing response rates to 40%. The case study is broken down into clear sections of problem, solution, and results. In the problem section, I not only highlighted how manual outreach was affecting Jeremy’s results, but I also highlighted how much time he was spending and how it was seeping into his lifestyle as well.

The solution clearly states how SwiftGrowth AI changed Jeremy’s outreach strategy and followed by the results he achieved.

The purpose of this case study is not only to build credibility and trust, but to give hope to customers that they can achieve similar results in their business as well.
