Ready to meet your copywriter?

Big feelings and even bigger words - yep that’s me.

Hi I’m Moneishaa, a direct response copywriter. I love my job now, but it didn’t always start that way. I graduated and started my career as a software engineer for a bit, but quickly realised it wasn’t for me and pivoted into copywriting instead.

My passion for writing, critical and creative thinking has always shown up in many areas of my life. I remember pretending that I was a writer since I was a kid. I’d sit in front of my dad’s computer and think intently about ways to make my story better and for others to enjoy it more.

I would take my time to brainstorm how others were going to benefit from the things I wrote and focus on connecting them with what I was creating, be it a program I was coding or a story I was writing.

Long story short? My childhood obsession with role-playing as a writer eventually led me to become one.

As a fellow small business owner, I realised how difficult and awkward it can be to sing your own praises (even as a copywriter, I still struggle with it). Sometimes that may just be the reality of your situation. In moments like those, don’t spend hours, days, or even months overthinking the right words to say, only for it to still sound awkward when you read it out loud.

Instead, you’re going to get help from your new copywriter bestie (me, duh), who’s going to help you:

  1. Brag about your brand with ease.

  2. Steer clear of sounding overly “salesy” or awkward.

  3. Write authentic copy because a human wrote yours and not ChatGPT.

My job? Helping small business owners and solopreneurs like you to find your brand’s voice and deliver it with clarity and persuasion to the right audience so they’ll take action, easy peasy lemon squeezy.

You need someone who is going to take the time to understand your brand completely and write passionately till you get there (kind of like writing a love letter). Why? Because that’s when you know it’s been crafted with strategy and your customers’ best interest in mind always.

Lucky for you, I LOVE writing love letters!

MY COPYWRITING BELIEFS

MY COPYWRITING BELIEFS ⭐️

For me, making my clients happy is equivalent to making my clients’ target audience happy. Because when your audience feels seen, it means your brand is getting the right message across. Now that’s a win! You know what they say - happy audience, successful business or at least that’s what I say.

My priority is writing for your target audience.

Simplicity over everything else.

Most times, people think that they have to scream their products from the top of their lungs, hype them in every way possible, and get on every trend that’s taking over the Internet.

Instead, I believe that once you have a good product in your hand, next you’ll need authentic copy that speaks volumes to an audience that resonates with it and falls in love with your brand instantly.

I love collaborating with my clients because I believe that’s the best way for me to learn about your business in detail and write for it like I’m a part of it. So I’ll definitely be in your inbox asking thoughtful questions, sharing drafts, and communicating my copy choices so your voice is heard every step of the way.

Collaborative creation ALWAYS.
