Copy type: Testimonial-based sales email.
Goal: To convert more leads who have visited the website but haven’t purchased by using social proof to highlight how their best-selling "Elevate Pro Standing Desk" has transformed customers’ work-from-home experience.
Introduction: Elevate Pro’s standing desk is a game changer for people who work from home or those who generally spend most of their time at their desks. They wanted to provide customers with a solution for their inactive lifestyle and back aches despite spending a majority of their time at their desks.
CHALLENGE
The brand realised that lots of people were viewing their products but didn’t end up purchasing. They saw this as an untapped segment of customers who could potentially buy with the right push.
MY STRATEGY
For this, I realised a testimonial-based sales email would be the best choice for this segment of customers. With proper social proof, it would show customers how other people in a similar situation love their standing desk and how it’s changed their work from home game. I not only added social proof but also used a feature section to highlight why customers are loving their standing desks to provide extra reassurance to hesitant customers.
Subject line: Fixing your posture can be as simple as changing your desk.

Copy Highlights
Introduction hero section
For the hero section, I started with a common pain point faced by remote workers/freelancers/people who spend most of their time at their desks - which is constant back aches and terrible posture.
I highlighted how it is relatable that staying active while being glued to your desk can be difficult, but not impossible, with the right tools.
Enter the Elevate Pro Standing Desk. I positioned the desk as their solution while providing them with an incentive of FREE SHIPPING if they were to purchase their desk over the next 72 hours. This is to grease the wheels a little more.
I made the call-to-action direct, telling them exactly what to do next.
Feature section to strengthen testimonials
Using social proof is strong on its own but to take potential customers all the way and convince them, I added a Why Us section.
This helps further solidify everything customers are saying by reemphasizing the features & benefits that result in people loving their standing desk.
The bullet points/ individual cards also make it much easier for readers to skim and get straight to taking action.
The call-to-action in this section tells the reader what to do and the value they get from it at once.
